I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to bob Howard at the beginning of August. I did not get it back until mid September, it took over a month to complete the repairs. Also the communication was awful, for days at a time I heard nothing regarding the repairs. I’d call back to back with no answer after waiting days for an update on my cars repair progress. I got the price I wanted for the vehicle but after leaving the store and driving it back home to another state, I found 5 different things wrong with the vehicle that should have ben taken care of when they had the vehicle and before it was ever put up for sale. I liked the people who I came in contact with but I'm very disappointed that I'm going to be out if the car for the warranty issues so soon after I bought it.
