I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to bob Howard at the beginning of August. I did not get it back until mid September, it took over a month to complete the repairs. Also the communication was awful, for days at a time I heard nothing regarding the repairs. I’d call back to back with no answer after waiting days for an update on my cars repair progress. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to bob Howard at the beginning of August. I did not get it back until mid September, it took over a month to complete the repairs. Also the communication was awful, for days at a time I heard nothing regarding the repairs. I’d call back to back with no answer after waiting days for an update on my cars repair progress. I also went to the dealership after hearing nothing to ask about the progress of my vehicle. Which didn’t help no one there could give us an update or answer until our advisor got back to us days later. The manager was zero help and acted like he didn’t care and was rude. If you want you care repairs completed quick don’t take it here…
I got the price I wanted for the vehicle but after leaving the store and driving it back home to another state, I found 5 different things wrong with the vehicle that should have ben taken care of when they had the vehicle and before it was ever put up for sale. I liked the people who I came in contact with but I'm very disappointed that I'm going to be out if the car for the warranty issues so soon after I bought it.

New water pump, oil change, front and rear differential service, coolant flush, replace exhaust manifold, transfer case service, and a valve cover gasket replacement. Just over 4k in service. I drive home about 11 miles from the dealer and my electrical starts turning on and off. Power steering going in and out, the dash is flashing 4 wheel drive service needed, electrical issues. I called my service rep and he asked me to bring it in when I get off work. I drove the 11 miles with the truck not running correctly. Blain, the service rep, had gone for the day and I was told I would need to leave the truck. I have no other means of transportation. They cannot offer a service loaner or correct the situation so I have to drive home in a vehicle that is not running correctly. Great customer service and care for your customer, well ex customer. You will never get business from me again.
Christopher was the example of customer service. He was very polite and patient and did all he could to make sure I was satisfied with the service even with them being behind due to the holiday.
