We took our 2021 Jeep Gladiator to Bob Howard Jeep for service. The vehicle was there for more than two weeks for a 14 hour repair. Original mechanic quit, original service representative left and no one provided info on my vehicle until I called for status. Reassigned customer service representative and he never called to provide status of repair. I had to call and was told it would be completed on Monday, 29 June. Justin and team always go beyond what’s required. They were also swift. I had a work call I needed to be on and I was easily able to do that comfortably in the waiting area. I appreciate having the folks there, starting with Justin, as my Jeep team keeping it alive and running after 10 years.

I had an outstanding experience at Bob Howard, thanks to Hayden Marchant, the Acquisition Manager. Hayden was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He answered all of my questions and never made me feel pressured. The whole transaction was incredibly efficient, taking less than two hours, and I drove home in my new truck the same day. I highly recommend Bob Howard and Hayden to anyone looking for a fast, hassle-free vehicle buying experience.
I had a recall for my van 1st scheduled visit was aweful but 2nd was great.
Not very happy, came in for an oil change and have the two recalls addressed and also told them that my check engine light keeps coming on picked it up was told no issue with the check engine light but yet I get to Fort Worth and the check engine light comes back on. NOT HAPPY
They were easy to deal with and very friendly! Mark was my salesperson and he was made my buying experience very easy and enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend checking out them if you are every in the market to buy a car/truck/suv.

Hello, I wanted to forward a situation I had at your establishment today. When we bought our vehicle sometime ago, we were talked into signing up to get a contract to have insurance for lost key fobs. I had to go into Bob Howard Tuesday to speak to someone in service about getting one replaced. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Bob Howard Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The communication was consistently poor, and the service team failed to follow my direct instructions. Specifically, I requested that they contact my vehicle warranty provider, but they claimed they were unable to reach them. Most egregiously, they performed unauthorized repairs on my parents' vehicle totaling $4,000 without receiving any prior approval. When I addressed these issues, the staff refused to take accountability or offer any apology, leaving the situation completely unresolved. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this service department.
I had not made an appointment to have my trailer tire inflation sensors installed in my 4 trailer tires. These sensors come with the purchase of my new 2026 Ram Longhorn Limited for free. The mechanic installed them and set them to sound my truck horn when the pressure drops below 50 psi. He also, explained to me how to link them to my truck. While there they accomplished a multipoint inspection on my truck which I did not request. Thanks!
Chris was very helpful and listened and paid attention to my concerns regarding my car. It took a bit longer than expected to diagnose the problem, but I am satisfied that we worked through the issues.

Easy buying process, complete the whole deal over email. The dealership could’ve done a little better job of keeping in contacting me after I purchased the vehicle. I was waiting on my truck to be delivered from Arkansas. They didn’t contact me for a day and a half about when my vehicle would be ready to pick up. Overall, a good purchasing experience.
Everyone there was amazing from start to finish. I came in looking to buy a 2026 Ram RHO. After talking to Mary (sales person) getting all the details I thought about it for a day. I went back the next day to sign all the paperwork and was in and out of there in less than an hour. Fabulous job by them and could be happier with my purchase.

First time customer came in for an oil change and tire rotation. We also said they’re doing an inspection of all my fluid levels and topped those off. Realized after I had driven off that the tires were indeed rotated however, the correct air pressure was not done. So that resulted in me having to go to a tire store and get the air pressures corrected. Then several days later when I went to run the windshield wipers, the fluid level had not been refilled. When they rode up my contract, I was supposed to get 7 free oil changes, and they did not put it in my contract.So I have to pay for my oil changes

I won't be bringing my Jeep back to that dealership for service. I went in for the 100,000 mile maintenance and was offered $850+ for spark plugs, ridiculous. That and the "service advisor" I had was super inattentive when it came to most everything. It's unfortunate because I've always taken my vehicle there for maintenance. Incompetent, received text saying finished, it wasn't. Was finished Friday 6th, I wasn't notified, we called on 11th for progress report just to be told it was finished. I showed to pick it upshe says it's out front and ready, it wasn't, jeep was out back. Picked up jeep had 6 more miles than when I dropped it off and had an odor of smoke throughout.

Jordan and his team are great. I didn’t have an appointment and they said it would another 6 weeks before they could get me in. The next day Jordan said bring it up to the dealership and they will take care of me. They got me in and took great care of me as always. Totally recommend
I like that a video was sent, with photographic evidence of the defect. Everybody at the Jeep dealership, which all BH maintenance is done, was pleasant and efficient.

Scheduled recall appointment but on arrival was told they could not do the work and would have to leave car over 3 days.i complained and finally they agreed to do the work that day it was scheduled, and the car had to be left only overnight. I had never before heard that a scheduled appointment was only to “check the car in” and not a service appointment.
Josh, the guy that was trying to help me today was great. As far as the dealership goes I am done. Everytime I go to BH CDJ, it’s always something. I never have a good experience with this place. Today was my last time going there for any servicing.

The worse experience with a dealership, they lied about every situation and was no reason for it, I was treated as I meant nothing at all so I just went and retrieved my vehicle don't have time for simple lier and simple things thats unacceptable. customers service is poor and I will be contacting management and corporate

I appreciate I can count on the dealership for repairing my vehicle right the first time. I wished there was not a standard three day wait and no vehicles available but they do a great job every time. I took my car to other places before and had to bring back now twice because other companies keep doing it wrong. I even had one tell me it was my fault. But jeep fixed first time out which proved that company had no idea what they were doing. Thanks Jeep!
