Purchased vehicle less than a month ago , used , in shop and charged over $700 in filters and labor ! Bought a warranty at purchase , nothing covered. I doubt if I ever purchase another vehicle here . In past 20 years I have purchased at least 3 vehicles and I like the Interest they displayed ..
The whole "Car-Buying-Experience", for a lot of us, is connected to emotions that are Less Than Pleasant. Jalen is a great guy with knowledge and patience. Finance guy is not big on listening but got to the end of it and locked in the sale. The car detailer is sight challenged ot just plain Lazy. The biggest Gripe is upper management driving the New Cars like they own them. FYI if the car you are test driving has more than 2000 miles, walk away. Some over paid useless square bottom sat in that seat putting miles on a car that should have been kept new for a potential customer.

Called for some specialty nuts. I had researched the part number myself, but they insisted that it couldnāt be bought without buying the entire kit. I went online and bought the part from another MOPAR dealer. The only inconvenience of that is I had to pay $12 shipping and handling on 4 $2 parts.

Service department has not lived up to expectations. They do not clearly identify how to utilize discounts offered. They do not contact you directly to let you know the vehicle is ready. Did not try diligently with my extended warranty they sold me.

Rating is for a truck service. Service manager Alex Mendoza was fantastic to work with and he was very helpful with recommending services and timing. I was on a time crunch and he helped me get out in time for a meeting.
Work with Alvin (sales)! He is legit and not a slimy salesman! He was great to work with. I liked Terry (GM), too! They didnāt haggle me or leave me sitting there for 5 hours! The financing process was smooth and again, straight talk. I enjoyed working with them and I would return.

I dropped my car off on Friday for a Saturday morning oil change, tire rotation & recall service however they had it all completed early Friday evening so that was impressive, I wasn't able to get back to pick it up until Saturday due to other obligations.

Great customer service and very timely updates regarding my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee service department repairs.
they have the best service in all of the 4 states I have lived in.
Unfair trade cheating people. The price tag 9500, sale to me 12500.00 , that not right.
I paid over $700 for them not to repair the vehicle. They "repaired" something - maybe it too needed to be addressed or they mis-diagnosed the problem and 'fixed' something not needing fixed. I had not gone 15 miles from the dealership when the problem re-appeared. I brought it back in, they performed a diagnostic, suggested the problem might be this, or that, but they were too busy to address, would schedule me at some future point.
I recently (couple months ago) purchased a new vehicle from one of the dealerships. It will not happen again.

Everything is always clean and everyone is always friendly when weāve been in there.
Me and my husband had such a great experience! Our salesman Tyler was fantastic and brought the car inside for us to look at because it was cold, the sales manager Dalton got us a great deal, and Paul took great care of us in the finance department. They stayed late to get us finished up. We would definitely use this dealership again!

For a simple oil change was there four hours. Yes you had to get approval from ARI but that doesnāt take four hours. When I got back in my truck it smelled of oil. Had to use Lysol wipes to clean the steering wheel of oily dirt. Worst service I have received from this dealership since Regan has left. I will be looking for a new place to go .
