Traveling in an RV and towing a Jeep permits to see and enjoy God’s Creation. We also meet a lot of wonderful people…all created in Go’s image. Occasionally, you have issue requiring an expert to correct it. With a serious issue with our Jeep, we were fortunate to have Eric as our service advisor. We were enroute to Sedona, Arizona with 900 miles to drive, a few extra days to meet up with a tour. Eric was dealing with significant number of vehicles requiring a diagnosis. His patience and courteous, customer focused attitude was sincerely appreciated..

This was the easiest vehicle purchase ever! I was expecting to have to wait a month to get my Jeep that was still in production. By the time I got out of the finance office (which was pretty quick!) Recently bought a low milage used car from here. We worked with Shania Branch and she was great. No high pressure sales pitch, and she was very helpful with her answers to our questions.
Sales team was great, no pressure and no haggling just straight up front with everything. The fees are a little to behold but after shopping around and realizing that all dealerships have fees Bob Howard Jeep had the lowest fees and was honest about them

Daniel at Bob Howard CJDR was great to work with on the car buying process. He took the time to ask questions about what vehicles I was interested in and what options I wanted. He showed me several vehicles that had the right options and let me take a test drive long enough to get a good feel for the vehicle. After settling on a vehicle, Chris in finance expertly took care of the final purchase paperwork. Overall, everyone at the dealer was helpful and pleasant to work with. I’m pleased with that overall experience.

I brought my Caravan in for a oil change and they checked my vehicle over and washed. They did a great job
Got my ac evaporator fixed about a week ago, ac works great, but they left my center console completely unbolted from the floor, thankfully they left us the bolts and my husband and father could fix it, but it’s absolutely ridiculous to pay for service to be done and to see the stuff get half heartedly put back together. The auto group reached out and is going above and beyond to make things right!
I just had an amazing experience with Jason in the service department! I can not elaborate more how easy he was to work with and how prompt he was! Our warranty department was a nightmare but he bartered and got us what we deserved. He is the absolute best! Thank you Jason! And on top of it. Darren Martin made us feel welcome and like family. We felt like he really listened to us when we told him what we wanted in a truck. At no time did we feel like Darren was ever pressuring us. We left the dealership happy with our purchase. Based on our experience with Darren, we would not hesitate to recommend a friend or family member visit with him when they are ready for a new vehicle.

Reagan Proctor is what every service advisor should be. He cares. We were traveling at a youth national rodeo and had a Ram Diesel problem, another dealer didn't even have a diesel mechanic at the time and Bob Howard was busy as well. He literally called a tech and asked for a favor to get us running and they did. This is where you should buy your vehicle. People who will help strangers are gonna take care of their customers.
